Stopped by hoping to grab a few things, but some of the items I needed weren’t in stock. Bummer. The store was fine overall, but it was a little frustrating having to leave without everything on my list

My order showed up in great shape, and I was pleased with how carefully everything was packed. The box itself felt nice and sturdy, not flimsy or crushed at all, and everything inside had been wrapped up securely so it didn’t shift around or get damaged during delivery. I checked it all over when I opened it, and there were no leaks, no dents, and nothing looked messed up or mishandled. Overall, it was a smooth delivery experience and I’m happy with how it arrived.

Glamot has a good range of products, especially when it comes to hair stuff. I did notice a few brands and shades I wanted weren’t available, but i might’ve just been looking at a bad time. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just felt a bit average for what I needed...

"Okay shipping, but the order issues were frustrating"
I ordered a few hair products from glamot.com, and while the shipping itself was fine, the order wasn’t right. One item came in the wrong shade and another was missing completely. I needed everything that same week, so it made me feel a bit trapped because I couldn’t really fix it in time or just wait around. Customer service did respond eventually, but it took a few days, which was annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better.

I placed an order and everything seemed normal at first, but then I noticed something wasn’t quite right with it. I figured I’d probably have to wait a while to hear back, so I wasn’t expecting much. After going back and forth once more, they ended up getting it sorted out. Support actually replied the same day, which was nice, and overall I’d say the service was good...

"Good prices, decent experience overall"
I ended up ordering from Glamot because the prices were better than what I was seeing in a few local stores. Some of the discounts were actually good, so I figured it was worth giving it a shot. Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it was fine, and everything showed up in good condition. I’d probably give it 4 stars overall, the value is definitely there, I just wish the delivery updates were a little clearer along the way.

My order turned out fine in the end, but the shipping took forever. Like, forever. The tracking barely updated, so I was just waiting and waiting with no real idea what was going on. The shop itself isn’t bad, but the delivery time was frustrating and kind of took the fun out of it. I’d maybe order again, but only if I seriously wasn’t in a rush.

The product info was straightforward. No guessing around. The size details were there, how to use it was there, and the basic description made sense. So I could just read it, understand it, and order without overthinking. Made the whole shopping part a lot easier for me.

"Worked Out, But Took a Bit Longer Than Expected"
To be fair, the return did go through in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. The refund just took longer than I expected, and support did reply, but not exactly quickly. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t especially smooth either. Average experience for me.

The tracking updates were decent, so at least I knew where things stood. The order did show up fine in the end, but it was a bit late, which was frustrating and kind of sticks out more than the good parts.

My order from Glamot showed up in good shape, no broken items or leaks thankfully. The boxes were a little squished, but the products inside were totally fine and everything looked new and sealed. Overall happy with it, ngl, and I’d order again.

I ordered some hair products and everything arrived just fine, so I think it’s only fair to say the shop itself did a good job. The website was mostly easy enough to use in English, but a few product descriptions and emails sounded a little oddly translated. Nothing that stopped me from ordering or caused any real issues, but it could be improved. Overall, I’m happy with my order and would give it 4 stars.

The site felt clunky to use, and the filters didn’t really work the way I expected. I kept trying to narrow things down, but the results still felt off. What made it more frustrating was that I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next, so the whole experience ended up feeling more confusing than it should have

I’ve ordered from glamot.com a few times now and honestly... everything’s been totally fine. The prices were clear, tracking updated like it should, and my orders showed up when expected. No strange payment issues, no weird emails or anything like that. Just a normal, smooth shopping experience. Feels like a trustworthy site to me.
